I'm usually around a 43-inch waist, but I intentionally chose the 47.5-inch size because I prefer a more relaxed waistband, especially around my lower tummy. It gives me the comfort I was looking for without feeling restrictive. The waistband doesn't dig into my stomach or leave pressure marks, making it much more comfortable for sitting, lounging, or sleeping. Even though I sized up, it still stays in place nicely. The fabric is soft, smooth, and breathable, making it great for everyday wear. If you have a fuller tummy or simply prefer a looser, more comfortable fit around the waist, sizing up might be a good option. I'm really happy with this purchase.
